Terms of Use
CONTENT
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System enables order and payment of:
- Online booking of seats/berths (with a subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office),
- Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving the travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office).
- Online order of electronic travel (transportation) documents (with provision of boarding documents).
e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System can also provide you with reference information, namely:
- Space availability assignments and fare.
- Vacant berths in a carriage.
- Departure time of trains from the station.
- Train chart (types of carriages in the train).
- Train route.
- Schedule of the train.
2. REGISTRATION
Before registration, please read carefully the
Public Offer Contract
, located on the Internet site of e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System www.e-kvytok.ua (hereinafter the “Site”) and register after confirming your consent with its terms and conditions.
To register put the cursor on the text box "Sign up", in the left part of the Site homepage above the "Log In" button and click the left button of the mouse.
Confirm your agreement to terms and conditions of
Public Offer Contract
and proceed with registration.
In the registration window enter your login using Latin letters only (no less than 5 symbols) in the “User ID” field and password in the “Password” and “Confirm password” fields. Indicate your first name and your last name in the correspondent fields. If you are planning to use a VISA or MasterCard payment card write your first name and last name the same way as they are indicated on your bank payment card.
Notice!
E-mail indicated by you upon registration will be used for:
- password recovery;
- correspondence;
Enter into protection from automatic registration window characters being offered. After entering all the above data, click "Confirm". Then to the specified e-mail address will be sent a password of six characters.
Go to the home page. In the window "User ID" enter your user name. In the window"Password ", enter the password that was sent to your email address.
Click on the “Log in” button. After that on the page “Planning of a Trip” you can order and pay for online booking and travel (transportation) documents.
Notice!
At registration please provide true personal information! All disputable issues shall be solved with use of the personal information indicated by you at registration!
Please keep your login and password confidential! All actions performed with use of your login and password shall be deemed to be performed by you personally.
3. Online booking of seats/berths (with subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office)
You can select and book seats/berths in one carriage of one train per single visit to e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System only.
To book a seat/berth select a route, date, train, carriage and seats/berths in the carriage.
The online booking of seats/berths can be performed not later than 4 hours in advance before train departure.
The maximum number of seats/berths ordered per single visit to e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System is 9.
To cancel the current order and make a new one use the “Back” and “New order” buttons.
If your choice meets your requirements select method of payment and click on “Reservation”, after which you can review your order details and time limits for travel documents purchase, and confirm your choice with the “Pay” button. After clicking “Pay” button you will immediately proceed with the payment procedure.
Notice!
Prior to payment read carefully time limits for travel documents purchase in the ticket office!
The time limits (date and time) for travel documents purchase in the ticket office will be indicated in the order form!
The term of payment is 15 minutes from the moment of your confirmation of the order (clicking on the “Pay” button).
If within the term stipulated by e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System (15 minutes) you fail to pay, your order will be automatically cancelled.
After successful payment an order form for purchase of travel documents containing a unique order number (

) will be added to the list of your orders on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review order”button.
Notice!
The unique order number must have 14 symbols represented by numbers and letters. For example:

You can print the form out or copy the order number. On the basis of the order number you can pay and receive the relevant travel documents in automated railway ticket office.
Notice!
If for any reason you don’t receive order number, you are to contact Automated Self-service system “e-Kvytok” maintenance department by phone numbers 0 800 304 884, 0 800 300 22, +380954573850 and send e-mail to adress indicated on www.e-kvytok.ua main page, within 1 hour from the moment of payment.
You or a person having your order number can purchase and receive your travel (transportation) documents in railway ticket office.
Notice!
The person using the Internet-order is responsible for timely addressing to the ticket office and purchasing of the travel documents!
If within the time limits (date and time), indicated in the Internet-order form, the travel documents have not been purchased, the charge for “Online booking of a seat/berth (with a subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office) will not be refunded.
The list and content of your orders is saved on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review order”button.
Notice!
To prevent usage of your registration information by third parties put the cursor on the “Log Out” button and click the left button of the mouse after registration!
Keep your Internet-order number confidential. All actions with order number are considered to be done by you personally or with your permission!
The person using the Internet-order is responsible for keeping order number confidential and for timely addressing to the ticket office and purchasing of the travel documents!
4. Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving documents in the ticket office)
‘Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving the documents in the ticket office)’ allows to choose route, date, train, carriage and seats in the carriage, to pay the travel (transportation) documents and to receive the paid travel (transportation) documents in automated railway ticket office.
The online order of travel documents can be performed for regular price and children travel documents only.
The service is not available for online order of special rate, free, military travel documents or travel documents based on railway forms.
You can order travel documents with a deferred printing f only or one carriage in one train per single visit to e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System.
To order travel documents select the route, date, train, carriage and seats/berths in the carriage.
The online order of travel (transportation) documents can be made within the period of 45 days in advance to the moment of departure of the train with respect to the time required for printing out and receiving the travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office.
The maximum number of travel documents ordered per single visit to e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System is 4, the maximum number of seats/berths is 4.
To cancel the current order and make a new one use the “Back” and “New order” buttons.
If your choice meets your requirements select method of payment and click on “Execute documents”, after which you can review your choice once again and confirm it with “Pay” button. After clicking “Pay” button you will immediately proceed with the payment procedure.
Additionally for every travel document you can also order transportation documents for transportation of excessive hand luggage, pets, etc, with account of restrictions provided by the Ukrzaliznytsya.
The period of payment is 15 minutes from the moment of your confirmation of the order(clicking on the “Pay” button).
If within the period stipulated by e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System (15 minutes) you fail to pay, your order will be automatically cancelled.
After successful payment an order form for printing out of travel (transportation) containing a unique order number (

) will be added to the list of your orders on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review order”button.
Notice!
Order form for printing out of travel (transportation) documents is not valid for travel. Before the trip you must submit the order form for printing out of travel (transportation) documents or 16-digit order number in an automated railway ticket office and print travel and transportation documents.
Notice!
The unique order number must have 16 symbols represented by numbers and letters.
For example:
П9Я - Е1 - 1174185 – 0304
You can print out the order form or copy the unique order number and present it to the automated railway ticket office. On the basis of the order number the booking clerk will print out your travel (transportation) documents and a receipt on the state of the order documents.
The list and content of your orders is saved on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review Orders” button.
Notice!
If for any reason you don’t receive order number or boarding document, you are to contact Automated Self-service system “e-Kvytok” maintenance department by phone numbers 0 800 304 884, 0 800 300 22, +380954573850 and send e-mail to adress indicated on www.e-kvytok.ua main page, within 1 hour from the moment of payment.
You or a person having your order number can receive your travel (transportation) documents in the railway ticket office.
Notice!
The person, receiving Internet-ordered travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office, must present an identifying document to the booking-clerk, personally indicate his/her full name, type, series and number of the document in the receipt printed out by the booking-clerk, sign it and return the signed receipt to the booking-clerk. If the person, receiving the documents, does not have any identifying documents, the travel (transportation) documents WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!
The time limits for receiving the ordered travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office is the date and time of the train arrival to the station, indicated in the Internet-order form.

After finishing the order, to prevent usage of your registration information by third parties, put the cursor on the “Log Out” button and click the left button of the mouse!
Keep your Internet-order number confidential. All actions with order number are considered to be done by you personally or with your permission!
The person using the Internet-order is responsible for keeping order number confidential and for timely addressing to the ticket office and printing out of the travel documents!
5. Online order of electronic travel (transportation) documents (with provision of boarding documents)
‘Online order of electronic travel (transportation) documents (with provision of boarding documents)’ allows to choose route, date, train, carriage and seats in the carriage, to pay the travel (transportation) documents and to print boarding document, which is basis for train boarding. (

‘Online order of electronic travel (transportation) documents is available only on inner travels on certain trains, which are formed by railways of Ukraine.
The online order of electronic travel documents can be performed for regular price and children travel documents only.
Online-order is not available for special rate, free, military electronic travel documents or travel documents based on railway forms.
You can order electronic travel (transportation) documents only for one carriage in one train per single visit to e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System.
To order electronic travel documents select the route, date, train, carriage and seats/berths in the carriage.
The online order of electronic travel (transportation) documents can be made within the period of 45 days in advance to the moment of departure of the train.

When executing electronic travel (transportation) documents, you will have to indicate full name of each passenger.
Notice!
Passengers full names, indicated by you, must match those, indicated in passengers identity papers.
Passanger, whose full name indicated in electronic travel document (boarding document) mismatches full name indicated in identity papers, is not allowed to board train.
The period of payment is 15 minutes from the moment of your confirmation of the order (clicking on the “Pay” button).
If within the period stipulated by e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System (15 minutes) you fail to pay, your order will be automatically cancelled.
In several seconds after successful payment “Order information” page will appear on the screen automatically. To view boarding documents press button “Receive boarding documents”.
Boarding documents received by you by order are automatically sent to your e-mail address registered by you in e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System and also saved on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review Orders” button.
Notice!
Boarding document and identity papers are presented by passenger to conductor upon boarding train carriage. Passangers without identity papers or whose full name indicated in electronic travel document (boarding document) mismatches full name indicated in identity papers, are not allowed to board train.

If for any reason you don’t receive boarding document, you are to contact Automated Self-service system “e-Kvytok” maintenance department by phone numbers 0 800 304 884, 0 800 300 22, +380954573850 and send e-mail to adress indicated on www.e-kvytok.ua main page, within 1 hour from the moment of payment.
Notice!

The person using the Internet-order is responsible for keeping boarding document number confidential and for consequences of boarding document unauthorized copying by third parties!
If needed you or a person having your boarding document can exchange boarding document for strict accounting form travel document in automated railway ticket office. Execution of electronic travel (transportation) documents and electronic travel (transportation) documents exchange for strict accounting form travel documents in automated railway ticket office ends 1,5 hours before train departure from formation station.
Notice!
The person who exchanges boarding documents for strict accounting form travel documents is obliged to show identity papers to a booking-clerk, personally indicate his/her full name, type, series and number of the document in the receipt printed out by the booking-clerk, sign it and return the signed receipt to the booking-clerk. If the person, receiving the documents, does not have any identifying documents, exchange of boarding documents for strict accounting form travel documents (transportation) documents will not be provided!
6. REFUNDING OF UNUSED TRAVEL (TRANSPORTATION) DOCUMENTS, ORDERED IN E-KVYTOK AUTOMATED SELF-SERVICE SYSTEM
Notice!
Unused travel (transportation) documents executed by e- Kvytok Automated Self-Service System will be refunded:
1. by bank transfer to the account used for payment - for return of documents paid by Visa or Master Card
2. by cash - for return of documents paid by cards of the national mass electronic payment system and by other means.
Refunding of unused travel (transportation) documents executed by e-Kvytok Automated Self-Service System is performed according to the rules, established by the Ukrzaliznytsya, and only after travel (transportation) documents are printed out on a set form (
Illustration 3
) in the automated ticket office.
Notice!
To refund travel (transportation) documents the passenger must present an identifying document.
The booking-clerk executes an original and two copies of a return form for travel (transportation) document (

), two copies of a return act for Internet paid travel (transportation) documents, and gives both copies of the return statement to the passenger to fill out.
The passenger must distinctly fill out both copies of the return act with a ball-point pen indicating the following information:
- for return of documents paid by VISA or MasterCard:
- type of the card (Visa or Master Card),
- full name of the owner of the card,
- number of the card used for payment for the documents, (first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers of the card),
- personal information:
- full name,
- series and number of the identifying document,
- personal signature,
- date of filling out the act
and return both copies to the booking-clerk.
If the passenger does not know the information required and cannot fill out the return act immediately at the ticket office, the booking-clerk must cross the returned travel (transportation) document, attach it to the both copies of the return act and give them to the passenger to fill out the information required.
After filling out of the both copies of the return act the passenger can address to any automated unused travel (transportation) documents return ticket office (on the territory of Ukraine) and present the filled out documents to an authorized booking-clerk.
The booking-clerk revises the presented documents, signs the return acts, certifies them with the station stamp and gives the passenger one copy of the return form and one copy of the return act.
Refund of unused travel (transportation) documents is performed after reception of respective funds from Carrier, where travel document was returned and where was drawn out return act, and after checking of return requisites, indicated in respective return acts. The fee for payment processing is non-refundable.
The amount refunded by the Carrier for unused travel (transportation) documents is indicated in the return forms and return statements of the relevant documents.
