1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

e-Ticket Automated Self-Service System (e-Ticket ASSS) provides the following services (hereinafter “Services”):
  • Online booking of a seat/berth (with a subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office),
  • Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving the travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office).
Tariffs for services are set out in Tariffs for Services of e-Ticket Automated Self-Service System.
The service is deemed to be provided by the EXECUTOR and received by the CUSTOMER in full from the moment of payment of the cost of reservation and receiving by the CUSTOMER from e-Ticket ASSS a unique online reservation number in the form which allows copying the number or printing it out as a part of the Online Reservation Form.
Notice!
Only persons having the Online Reservation Form and an identifying document can receive printed out travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office!


e-Ticket ASSS can also provide you with reference information, namely:

without registration:
  • Space availability assignments.
  • Space availability assignments and fare.
  • Vacant berths in a carriage.
additionally after registration:
  • Departure time of trains from the station.
  • Train chart (types of carriages in the train).
  • Train route.
  • Schedule of the train.
2. REGISTRATION

Before registration, please read carefully the Public Offer Contract for Receiving Services of e-Ticket Automated Self-Service System , located on the Internet site of e-Ticket ASSS (hereinafter the “Site”) and register after confirming your consent with its terms and conditions.

To register put the cursor on the text box "Register" , in the left part of the Site homepage above the "Login" button and click the left button of the mouse. Then in the registration window enter your login using Latin letters only (no less than 5 symbols) in the “Login” field and password in the “Password” and “Confirm password” fields. Indicate your name and surname in the correspondent fields. If you are planning to use a VISA or MasterCard payment card write your name and surname the same way as they are indicated on your bank payment card. After entering all required data click on the “Confirm” button. After registration you will return to the Site homepage, in the left part of which you should enter your login and password in the respective fields and click on the “Login” button. After that you can use any service available on the page “Planning of a Trip”
Notice!

At registration please provide true personal information! All disputable issues relating to receiving the services shall be solved with use of the personal information indicated by you at registration! Please keep your login and password confidential! All actions performed with use of your login and password shall be deemed to be performed by you personally.


3. Services

3.1. Online booking of seats/berths (with subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office)

Online reservation of seats/berths with subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office is available for all categories of passengers.

You can select and book seats/berths in one carriage of one train per single visit to e-Ticket ASSS only.

The maximum number of visits to e-Ticket ASSS within one day is unlimited.

To book a seat/berth select a route, date, train, carriage and seats/berths in the carriage.

The online booking of seats/berths can be performed not later than 4 hours in advance.

The maximum number of seats/berths reserved per single visit to e-Ticket ASSS is 9.

To cancel the current reservation and make a new one use the “Back” and “New reservation” buttons.

If you are satisfied with your choice select the mode of payment (type of the bank payment card, which you are going to use to pay) and click on “Reservation””, after which you can review your choice once again and confirm it with the “Pay” button. After clicking on the “Pay” button you will immediately proceed with the payment procedure.

The service of online booking of seats/berths with a subsequent purchase of travel documents is provided on a payment basis. The service charges are given in Tariffs for Services of the e-Ticket Automated Serf-Service System.

The term of payment for the service is 15 minutes from the moment of your confirmation of the reservation (clicking on the “Pay” button).

If within the term stipulated by e-Ticket ASSS (15 minutes) you fail to pay for the service, your reservation will be cancelled.

In several seconds after successful payment a reservation form for purchase of travel documents containing a unique reservation number ( Illustration 1 ) will appear on the screen automatically.

Notice!
The unique reservation number must have 14 symbols represented by numbers and letters.
For example: 10756Щ1-64У-0404  

You can print the form out or copy the reservation number. On the basis of the reservation number you can pay and receive the relevant travel documents in any railway ticket office.

The lime limits (date and time) for purchase of the travel documents in the ticket office will be indicated in the reservation form (within 2 days from the moment of payment for the service or not later than 2 clock to the train leave).

If within the mentioned period the travel documents have not been purchased for any reason, your online reservation will be cancelled. In this case the charge for the service “Online booking of a seat/berth (with a subsequent purchase of travel documents in the ticket office) will not be refunded.

The list and content of your reservations will be saved on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review reservations”button.
Notice!

To prevent using your registration information by third parties put the cursor on the “Logout” button and click the left button of the mouse after registration!

Keep your online reservation number in secret. In case of loss the unique online reservation number cannot be restored!

The person using the online reservation service is responsible for timely addressing to the ticket office and purchase of the travel documents!


3.2. Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving documents in the ticket office)

The service ‘Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving the documents in the ticket office)’ allows choosing the route, date, train, carriage and seats in the carriage, paying the travel (transportation) documents and receiving the paid travel (transportation) documents in any railway ticket office.

The online order of travel (transportation) documents can be performed for regular price and children travel documents only.

The service is not available for online order of special rate, free, military travel documents or travel documents based on railway forms.

You can order travel documents with a deferred printing for one carriage in one train only per single visit to e-Ticket ASSS.

The maximum number of visits to e-Ticket ASSS within one day is unlimited.

To order travel documents select the route, date, train, carriage and seats/berths in the carriage.

The online order of travel (transportation) documents can be made within the period from 45 days in advance to the moment of departure of the train with respect to the time required for printing out and receiving the travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office.

The maximum number of travel documents ordered per single visit to e-Ticket ASSS is 4. The maximum number of seats/berths is 4.

To cancel the current order and make a new one use the “Back” and “New order” buttons.

If you are satisfied with your choice select the mode of payment (type of the used bank payment card) and click on “Execute documents” , after which you can review your choice once again and confirm it with the “Pay” button. After clicking on the “Pay” button you will immediately proceed with the payment procedure.

Additionally for every travel document you can also order transportation documents with deferred printing for transportation of excessive hand luggage, pets, non-portable devices with account of restrictions provided by .

The service ‘Online order of travel (transportation) documents (with subsequent printing out and receiving the documents in the ticket office)’ is provided on a payment basis. The service charges are given in Tariffs for Services of the e-Ticket Automated Serf-Service System. .

The period of payment for the service is 15 minutes from the moment of your confirmation of the reservation (clicking on the “Pay” button).

If within the period stipulated by e-Ticket ASSS (15 minutes) you fail to pay for the service, your reservation will be cancelled.

In several seconds after successful payment an order form for purchase of travel (transportation) documents containing a unique order number ( Illustration 2 ) will appear on the screen automatically.

The unique order number must have 16 symbols represented by numbers and letters.
For example: П9Я - Е1 - 1174185 - 0304  

You can print out the form or copy the unique number and present it to the railway ticket office. On the basis of the number the booking clerk will print out your travel (transportation) documents and a receipt on the state of the order documents.

The list and content of your reservations will be saved on the page “Planning of a Trip”, the “Review reservations” button.

You or a person having your order number can receive your travel (transportation) documents.
Notice!
The person, receiving online ordered travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office, must present an identifying document to the booking-clerk, personally indicate his/her full name, type, series and number of the document in the receipt printed out by the booking-clerk, sign it and return the signed receipt to the booking-clerk. If the person, receiving the documents, does not have any identifying document, the travel (transportation) documents WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!

The time limits for receiving the ordered travel (transportation) documents in the ticket office is the date and time of arrival of the train to the station, indicated in the online order.

4. Refunding of unused travel (transportation) documents, ordered in e-Ticket ASSS

Notice!

Unused travel (transportation) documents executed by e-Ticket ASSS will be refunded by bank transfer to the account used for payment.

Refunding of unused travel (transportation) documents executed by e-Ticket ASSS and withholding of charges from the cost of refunded documents are regulated by the rules, established by the Ukrzaliznytsya.

To return the travel (transportation) documents the passenger must address to the railway ticket office not later than the date and time of arrival of the train to the destination, indicated in the relevant travel document.
Notice!
To refund travel (transportation) documents the passenger must present an identifying document and the travel (transportation) documents printed out on a set form ( Illustration 3 ) or a unique online order number (order form) ( Illustration 1 ) to the booking-clerk.

The travel (transportation) document can be refunded after printing out the document on a set form ( Illustration 3 ) in the ticket office.

The booking-clerk will execute an original and two copies of a return form for travel (transportation) document ( Illustration 4 ), two copies of a return statement for online paid travel (transportation) documents, and give the both copies of the return statement to the passenger to fill in.

The passenger must distinctly fill in the both copies of the statement with a ball-point pen indicating the following information:

- for return of documents paid by VISA or MasterCard:
  • Type of the card (Visa or Master Card),
  • Full name of the owner of the card,
  • Number of the card used for payment for the documents (first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers of the card),
- for return of documents paid by cards of the national mass electronic payment system:
  • Type of the card (of the national mass electronic payment system),
  • Full name of the owner of the card,
  • Identification code of the owner of the card,
  • MFO of the bank, where the card account was open (6 numbers),
  • Number of the card used for payment for the documents (the first four numbers 2620…),
- personal information:
  • Full name,
  • Series and number of the identifying document,
  • Personal signature,
  • Date of filling in the statement
and return the both copies to the booking-clerk.

If the passenger does not know the information required and cannot fill in the return statement immediately at the ticket office, the booking-clerk must cross the returned travel (transportation) document, attach it to the both copies of the return statement and give them to the passenger to fill in the information required.

After filling in the both copies of the return statement the passenger can address to any ticket office (on the territory of Ukraine) and present the filled in documents to an authorized booking-clerk.

The booking-clerk will revise the presented documents, sign the return statements, certify them with the station stamp and give the passenger one copy of the return form and one copy of the return statement.
Notice!
The documents certifying the passenger’s right to receive money for unused travel (transportation) documents are:
  - copy of the return form of a travel (transportation) document ( Illustration 4 ),
  - distinctly filled in return statement for online paid documents.

Unused travel (transportation) documents are refunded after the established return procedure for travel (transportation) documents and revision of return details indicated in the relevant statements only.

The amount refunded by the ticket office for unused travel (transportation) documents is indicated in the return forms and return statements of the relevant documents.
